Order Changes or Cancellations

I work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. I can allow orders to be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase as long as the order has not shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

Broken or Damaged Item

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please retain all packaging the item arrived in as well as the damaged item. Contact us as soon as you can with photos of the damaged item and all of the packaging - photos are required for us to process any damaged/broken item claims. Once photos of the item and packaging have been received, we will begin the damaged/broken item claim process and ship a replacement out free of charge within two business days as long as the item is still available. Claims made without photos of the item and packaging are not eligible for a replacement item.

Missing Item Policy 

Although I check and double-check orders prior to shipping, mistakes do happen. If an item is missing please let me know. I can ship it out to you, issue a refund, or include it in your next order. If you receive something you did not order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

Payment Methods

1. Credit Card: We use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure that your online transaction and credit card information are safe. We do not save credit card information in our system.

2. PayPal: Can be used via the shopping cart or e-mail orders
 

 

Shipping Information

  • Orders are shipped only after the payment is received.

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days* from receipt of payment. 

  • You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.

  • I ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible

  • Mail takes approximately 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped--depending on your distance from Washington.

  • You should receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of payment.

 International Shipping​

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days* from receipt of payment.

  • You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on it's way. If you choose the shipping with tracking, the notification will include your tracking information. 

  • I ship using US Priority Mail International.

  • Packages are delivered on average in 8 to 21 business days depending on the country from which you are ordering. 

  • Please be aware, once a package arrives in the destination country, the USPS no longer has control of the package delivery or hold-ups in customs.

 

*My business days are Monday through Friday. (Holiday closings will be announced on the home page)​

Duties, Taxes and Customs

International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country's government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.

Orders & Shipping

Due to the nature of my products, I cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has left my facility and been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold therefore I cannot accept returns.  I know that it can be difficult to order new products online, that is why I would like to offer soaps, shampoo bars, and some of my other products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment, just contact me if you are interested.

Your satisfaction is my goal and I truly believe that you will love my products, but if you are unhappy, please let me know. I want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Elochoman Valley Soapworks is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on my website includes a complete list of ingredients with the exception of some fragrance oils. If you have sensitivities to fragrances you can contact Elochoman Valley Soapworks I will do my best to get an ingredient list for you, however fragrances are bought from outside sources and I may not always have access to that information. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt we always suggest erring on the side of caution. If at any time irritation occurs, please discontinue use of the product immediately.
